The Paranormal Explorers

When you have sometime alone to yourself, you sometimes travel back to the past and unearth memories of life events. Thinking about people (and pets) who have died and all the moments you enjoyed together is one of the most common memories we have.

I’ve heard from people who express distress and upset over the fact that they are having fading memories of faces or voices of loved ones; or the memories of some of the thing they did together are gone. This has happened to me many times. There are friends, family and pets who have died many years ago. I can’t remember some of the things they used to say, how their voice sounded or certain family gatherings and special events. Some things have faded completely from my memory.

But – I remember their ESSENCE!
Their essence; what made them WHO they are to me; HOW I felt when I was around them, and the hole they left in my life when they died.

So to those people out there who are grieving from a recent passing or those of you who lost someone decades ago – don’t worry about losing memories of events, or voices, or little things you did together. Relax, look at a photo or an object that was a part of them and remember HOW they made you FEEL. That is their essence; their connective energy to you.

No one is ever truly gone from your life, spiritually.

You will never lose that essence.
